Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: . Patient with age group of above 20 years to 60 years irrespective of sex cast religion etc. 2. Degree of hearing loss above 20 dB and below 80 dB with sensorineural hearing loss. 3. Patients with tympanic membrane without any pathology. 4. Chronicity- upto 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 20 years and above 60 years. Degree of hearing loss greater than 80 dB. Conductive hearing loss Mixed hearing loss Congenital sensorineural hearing loss Psychogenic hearing loss Systemic diseases like Diabetic mellitus, Hypothyroidism etc Perforated tympanic membrane. Chronicity - more than 1 year
