Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: history of heel pain for at least 4 weeks NPRS score should be = 3 with Plantar medial heel pain Heel pain precipitated by an increase in weight-bearing activity recently Plantar fascia thickness >4 mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic diseases history Previous heel surgery Corticosteroid injection for plantar heel pain within the previous 6 months severe hip pain and knee pain lower extremity deformity
