Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals between the age group 18 - 25 years Individuals Willing to participate on meditation on twin hearts Individuals who understand English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals below the age of 18 years and above the age of 25 years Individuals with physical and psychological ailments Individuals with visual or auditory abnormalities Individuals with any temporary condition affecting hearing and vision Pregnant women Individuals with heart ailments and hypertension Individuals with disability Individuals who is practicing any other kind of meditation
