Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient should under age of 18- 40 years,they should comes under the diagnostic criteria of insomnia according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (Fourth Edition, DSM-IV).Patient had experienced insomnia for less than 2 years.People who are ready to give willing consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects had serious cardiovascular, liver, kidney or hematopoietic system disease,insomnia was caused by nervous system disease,had a history of sleep apnea,taken antidepressant drugs or antipsychotic drugs before two weeks of trial

Sleep Quality will be assessing before and after intervention with PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) and Athens insomnia scale (AIS).Timepoint: Sleep Quality will be assessing 1st day and 10th day of intervention with PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) and Athens insomnia scale (AIS).
