Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic criteria ICHD-3 tension-type headache. NPRS >3. Headache diary

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any local area skin disease or infection, Previous traumatic history of cervical spine Psychiatric conditions like (Organic brain syndrome, Schizophrenia), Migraine, cervicogenic headache and cluster headache Any neurological conditions (traumatic brain injury, brain tumour, stroke)
