Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20-55 years 2.hip flexors tightness 3.chronic low back pain (more than 12 weeks) 4. BMI – 18.5 – 24.9

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. spinal surgeries 2.Smokers 3.Infection like tuberculosis and pneumonia 4.Lumbar radiculopathy 5.PIVD and spondylolisthesis 6.Recent abdominal surgeries ( 7. Pain intensity on NPRS 7 or > 7.
