Intervention1: Night Shift Duty: The subjects will be made to sit comfortably and allowed to stabilize for 5 minutes, meanwhile, the electrodes of the RMS 3-channel Digital Physiograph will be hooked

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy security guards working at our college. 2. Age between 25 – 45 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 25 years or more than 45 years 2. Subjects with a history of diabetes mellitus, hypertension, coronary artery disease, thyroid disorders, or any other disease which may cause autonomic neuropathy. 3. Subjects taking any drug for more than six months duration. 4. Subjects having any form of addiction.
