Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Low back pain (back,buttocks,leg,foot) 2.Shooting pain down towards leg 3.Tingling sensation 4.Partial leg numbness or weakness 5.SLR test positive 6.Already Diagnosed cases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy and lactation 2.Who are taking anti-coagulant medications 3.Who are suffering from bleeding disorders 4.Any systemic illness such as liver, kidney, 5.cardiac, pulmonary diseases, mental illness. 6.Spinal deformity (congenital/acquired) 7.RA positive, HIV, HbsAg positive 8.On contraceptive and steroid therapy 9.Radiological evident cases of spinal disease/injury/deformity 10.Unwillingness or inability to comply the requirements of the protocol
