Inclusion criteria: a. all consenting patients attending psychiatry OPD. b. Age group above 18 years. c. Both genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Severe cognitive decline b. H/o significant head injury or major medical illness c. Patient not giving consent
