Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteers of age 20 to 40 years irrespective of caste and religion, who consume and do not consume UPFs having maida as its main ingredient for more than 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant woman, Psychological disorders
