Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute Myocardial Infarction with a. History of chest pain b. ECG changes of Acute MI c. Raised cardiac enzymes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of acute MI 2. Patients on diuretics 3. Patients of chronic kidney disease, malignancy, adrenal insufficiency
