Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) patient Age between 18 and 60 years 2) ASA physical status 1 & 2 3) Normal airway belonging to both genders undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) predicted difficult airway 2) pregnancy, renal failure, uncontrolled hypertension, seizure disorder 3) patient on antidepressant/antipsychotic drugs 4) patient with poor cardiopulmonary reserve 5)BMI >35Kkg/m2 6) Dexmedetomidine allergy
