Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All age group between 18-45 years Individuals with core muscle stability between Average and poor according to grading of core stability Individuals diagnosed with non-specific chronic low back pain. Non exercising individuals Individuals willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Low back pain with radiculopathy and any other specific causes of low back pain (malignancy, trauma, fracture or surgical procedure) Subjects with Vertigo, Stroke, Parkinson’s disease, psychiatric illness and other neurological disorders. Cervical issues like cervical radiculopathy, cervical spondylosis. Professional athletes
