Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group between 20-80 years GCS score between 3-8 Comatose patients admitted in Medicine ICU in IMS & SUM Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: who have temporal bone fracture and ear bleed complain. who are having hearing impairment reported by family members. Patients with sedation. Patients with surgical intervention.

MeasureTime frame
Level of consciousness and physiological parameters will improve.Timepoint: Level of consciousness and physiological parameter will be assessed in alternative days i.e, Day1, Day3, Day5, Day7, Day9 and Day11

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Physiological parameters like Blood pressure, pulse, respiration may improve.Timepoint: After 7 days intervention
