Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All clinically proven psoriasis patients presenting to the outpatient department of dermatology, JSS hospital between age 18-50years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Palmo plantar psoriasis, pustular psoriasis Hypertension, diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular diseases, hypothyroidism, dyslipidaemia, Cushing’s syndrome, connective tissue disorders. Pregnant and lactating females. Smoking , alcohol Patients on oral steroids, retinoids, cyclosporine and other drugs that have a role in altering blood lipid levels and blood sugar levels
