Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Only male players will be recruited. 2. Players in the age group between 18-21 years. 3. Players who are not using bosuball in their training. 4. Players with minimum 1 year of experience in volleyball.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Musculoskeletal disease in the last 6 months, heart disease, inflammatory or autoimmune disease, diabetes or any endocrine disease. 2. Absence from regular training due to any reason from 6 months. 3. Any type of performance enhancement medication and supplementation that may affect the performance and adaptations related to my training program.
