Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All paediatric patients less than 8 years’ of age undergoing elective neurosurgical procedure in prone position

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with known airway anomalies 2. Known or anticipated difficult intubation 3. Patients Weight 4. Parent/Guardian not consenting for study

To compare the amount of Peritubal leakage between microcuffed and uncuffed ETT.Timepoint: In supine position ,after intubation wait for 3 min and then take 5 readings In prone position , wait for 3 minutes and then take 5 readings.	—
