Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patients having Fasting Blood Sugar Level 126 to 160 mg/dL and Post Prandial Blood Sugar Level 200 to 300 mg/dL. -Patients with written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Pregnant and lactacting women. -Fasting Blood Sugar Level >160 mg/dL. -Post Prandial Blood Sugar Level >300 mg/dL. -Patients with chronic complications like Neuropathy, Retinopathy and Nephropathy. -Patient on medication for any other disease.
