Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1.Patients with ASA 1-3 2.Age above 60 years. 3.Patients undergoing elective surgeries under spinal anesthesia in supine position 4.Provides Consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1.Patients with ASA grading more than 3 2.Patient refusal or who are unable to give consent. 3.Patient undergoing emergency surgery. 4.Patients with contraindication to spinal anesthesia. 5.Patients with documented hearing loss. 6.Patients with history of psychiatric illness.
