Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group of 60-70 2. Cog-TUG score for non fallers 3. Being able to read and speak English 4. Able to walk 3m unaided

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any known neurological condition affecting balance and gait 2. Recent fractures of lower limb 3. Severe Auditory deficits 4. Severe Vison deficits
