Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients under single drug or two drug combination. Patients who are willing to participate in the study. Moderate hypertensive (systolic 140–179 mmHg) and (diastolic 90–109 mmHg)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with secondary hypertension Neurological conditions (Epilepsy, Stroke, Parkinson‘s disease) Psychiatric comorbidities (Psychosis, Pyro phobia) Hypertensive patients with Blood Pressure beyond Moderate hypertension (2017 AHA guidelines) Women during pregnancy and menstruation
