Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient will selected from both sex. 2. Patient of age group 30 to 50 years. 3. Diagnosed patient of essential hypertension of duration is less than 1 year with taking any hypertensive medication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patient below 30 years and above 50 years of age. 2. Complicated hypertensive cases 3. Patient suffering from diabetes 4. Pregnant women and lactating mother 5. Patient with severe other illness 6. Secondary hypertensive 7. Patient taking steroid oral contraceptives pills NSAID groups of drugs
