Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All female and male participants with cervix, head and neck and oesophageal cancers undergoing concurrent Chemoradiotherapy, aged between 18-65 and experiencing moderate to severe fatigue as measured by BFI Participants who can perform exercises Participants willing to participate Participants referred by oncologist

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who are diagnosed with Anaemia, reduced WBCs, dyspnoea, active infection Participants who cannot follow command
