Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Persons aged 18 years and above 2)Those who are residing in the field practise area,Department of Community Medicine,KMC Manipal for more than 6 months 3)Those who are willing to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Pediatric neurological disorders like cerebral palsy,pediatric age group related inborn errors of metabolism and proven genetic disease. 2)Acute Communicable neurological disorders like meningitis/meningoencephalitis and brain infections. 3)Other neurological disorders like Motor neuron disease, Neuromuscular disorder like Myasthenia gravis.
