Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non-symptomatic sedentary job workers with more than 4 years of experience Thoracic kyphosis angle = 45 degree Age 25-50 years Patient willing to participate Individuals who can comprehend the commands

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Structural kyphosis History of any spinal/shoulder surgery Undergoing any other medical treatment Diagnosed Neuromuscular disorders Uncontrolled hypertension/diabetes Any cardiac condition Pregnancy
