Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 45-65years of all genders Diagnosed with OA knee with Kellgren & Lawrence classification of grade 2-3 Participants who can comprehend the given commands Participants willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any surgeries on the lower extremity Subjects with any assistive aids for walking Systemic joint pathologies and Inflammatory joint disease( rheumatoid arthritis , gouty arthritis, psoriatic arthritis) Neurological deficits and mental illnesses ( Dementia , Alzheimer’s disease , Parkinson’s disease) Peripheral vascular diseases Cardiovascular diseases Individuals with uncontrolled diabetes/ peripheral neuropathy Physiotherapy treatment for the same condition in the recent 3 months
