Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 and 2 Men and women Aged 18 to 60 years Procedure time 30 to 120 min undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy procedures under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA 3 and 4 Difficult airway mallampati 3 and 4 Decreased lung compliance increased risk of aspiration Emergency cases Bleeding or coagulation disorder Head and neck oral surgery Age 60 years Obese, BMI more than 28 kg per meter square Patient refusal
