Inclusion criteria: Subjects: High risk on first trimester screening for pre-eclampsia Controls: Low risk on first trimester screening for pre-eclampsia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Thrombocytopenia Other disorders of platelets: ITP (immune thrombocytopenia), TTP (Thrombotic thrombocytopenic pupura Ischemic heart disease SLE(systemic lupus erythematosus ) Collagen vascular disease
