Inclusion criteria: Women belonging to Marwari Jain Oswal Community. Residing in Mumbai and Thane, Maharashtra. Socio-economic colour: middle Occupation: working and non-working
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women from other ethnic communities belonging to or migrated from Rajasthan to places except Mumbai and Thane

| Consumption of traditional recipes and its benefits remain unexplored and unknown to general people.People have perceived thoughts about the recipes. Thus, in addition, the recipes will reintroduce traditional recipes to the general public, and awareness regarding benefits of traditional foods of different communities along with the method of preparation can be created. The traditional recipes modified with reduced fat and sugar content will contribute as a healthier option for better health of the community. The standardised Marwari winter recipes will prove beneficial for dietitians and nutritionists while counselling clients/ patients.
