Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I,II,III Mallapmati III BMI 18- 35

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mallampati IV Sternomental distance less than 12 cm Thyromental distance less than 6 cm Small mouth opening less than 3 finger breadth Limited head rotation and neck extension BMI >35 Known gastroesophageal reflux Presence of Anterior neck mass Facial fractures obstructing the airway
