Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Post menopausal women with osteoporosis 2. no balance issues 3. Osteoporosis T-Scoring -2.5 4. TKR and THR

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable HTN or CArdiovascular Disease 2. TKR and THR 3. Progressive neurological disease, chronic arthritis. 4. Recent Fractures

1. DEXA SCAN 2. Serum Calcium Timepoint: 1. DEXA SCAN To scan the density of the bone pre and post intervention once at baseline before treatment and once after 16 weeks after the treatment which is post intervention. 2. Serum Calcium to know the level of serum calcium in the blood pre and post intervention that is once at baseline before treatment and once after 16 weeks of treatment which is post intervention.
