Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1&2 patients undergoing elective infraumblical surgeries under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with contraindication to caudal block Patients with history of snoring or airway obstruction, Patients with allergy to local anaesthetic, Patients with history of developmental delay or mental retardation

Primary

MeasureTime frame
end tidal sevoflurane concentrationTimepoint: every 10 minutes after caudal block

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Any episode of bradycardia 2. Duration of surgery 3. Emergence time 4. Post operative - PAED score, RAMSAY sedation scoreTimepoint: First three outcomes will be recorded after giving caudal block during the intraoperative period. The post operative parameters every 15minutes till discharge from PACU
