Intervention1: Midwifery Led Labour Care (MLLC): The total duration of the intervention will be six months. The investigator will accompany the parturient women from active stage of labour till child

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Term mothers who are admitted for normal vaginal delivery in the study center. Term mothers who are in active stage of labor Who are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: High risk women who need special intervention such as caesarian section or operative vaginal delivery.

Maternal outcome such as labour pain, duration of labour, expulsion of placenta and fetal outcome i.e. early initiation of breast feeding (within 30 minute), APGAR at 1 min and 5 min. Timepoint: Within 24 hours	—
