Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 6 months or more postpartum females who have undergone atleast one normal delivery or c-section and have a DRAM of 2 cm or more at supraumbilical, umbilical and/or infraumbilical level

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant females 2. Females who have undergone repair surgeries for DRAM. 3. Any diagnosed cardiorespiratory or neurological conditions. 4. Any contraindications for exercises or Russian current.
