Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: First ever unilateral ischemic/ Hemorrhagic stroke diagnosed by CT scan or MRI, Age group between 18-80 years, Patients with subacute, and chronic stroke, Having a sitting balance and being able to maintain at least 45-60 mins, Full Passive ROM for Wrist and MCP, PIP, and DIP joints, Modified Ashworth Scale score of the distal part of the upper limb less than or equal to 2 for finger flexor and finger extensor, Patients who are able to do 10º wrist extension, 10º finger extension and 10º of thumb extension or abduction, Patient having a functional vision.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: MOCA score of Combined fractures with or without metal implants, Severe neuralgia of upper limb and Hand (NPRS > 5), Wernick’s Aphasia and Global Aphasia, Patients with perceptual dysfunction like hemispatial neglect (Line bisection test), apraxia, and finger agnosia, Visual impairment such as homonymous hemianopia, Complex regional pain syndrome
