Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects diagnosed with Sthoulya. Subjects having Primary Obesity with BMI 30-40. Subjects within the age group of 18-70 years irrespective of gender. Subjects who are fit for Nitya Virechana and Udwartana.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with Atisthoulya (BMI >40). Subjects with Secondary Obesity due to Hypothyroidism, PCOS, etc. Subjects of Sthoulya with other systemic disorders like Coronary Heart Disease, Cerebrovascular Disease, uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus with complications and uncontrolled Hypertension, etc., which interfere with the course of the treatment will be excluded. Pregnant women and lactating mothers.
