Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with bilateral flexible flat feet Navicular drop test more than 10 mm BMI from 18.5- 29.9 kg/m2 Female of age 18-25 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of lower limb traumatic injuries and deformities Any systemic or neurological deficit Uncooperative individual Individual who will deny to give consent History of involvement in recreational activities
