Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with hamstring tightness with flexible flat feet Age group 18 to 26 years Both male and female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent injury Any systemic disorder like diabetic neuropathy Uncooperative subject
