Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Bilateral calf muscle tightness Age : 20-25 years Dorsiflexion range : <20 degrees

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of lower limb fracture or surgery History of cervical spine injury and trauma Non-specific neck pain History of any cervical injury
