Inclusion criteria: Patient presenting symptoms of Oedema Inflammation Papilovesicular lesion Dryness around the joints Cracked / Dry skin Patchy skin lesion Itching

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age group : below 16 years and above 70 years Kaalanjaga padai Padarthamarai Pregnant women Lactating women

Siddha diagnosis specially Senneer, Neerkuri & Neikuri may be used to confirm “Azhal kalladaipu ?. Naadi & Manikkadai nool may be considered for the diagnosis of “VADHA KARAPPAN". Timepoint: 1.5 years—

To assess the Manikkadai nool(Siddha thread diagnostic tool) along with Neerkuri(Siddha Urine analysis methodology) & Neikuri patterns (Siddha Urine analysis pattern) in VADHA KARAPPAN patients at a single visit.Timepoint: 1.5 years—
