Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient between age group 20-60 yrs irrespective of gender. Patient having muscle power grade Patients of nonprogressive infraction diagnose by MRI or CT scan. Patients of Pakshavadh of durations not more than 1 year. Patient willing to participate in the study. Patients who have not participated in any research project in last 6 months. Patients having signs and symptoms of Pakshavadh mentioned by ayurveda as following Ruja Achetana Akarmanyata Hasta pada sankocha Hatpaksha

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cerebral hemorrhagia. Comatose and unconscious patients. Pregnant and lactating mothers.
