Health Condition 1: N944- Primary dysmenorrhea

Interventions

Intervention1: Shakthi bandha asanas practice: Patient will be asked to do Shakthi bandha asanas (A series which has 9 asanas) for 45 minutes once a day for 21 days, from the 5th day of menstruation.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subject must be female with primary dysmenorrhea and the subject must be between 14 to 25 years of age. Subject must demonstrate a willingness and capability to cooperate and women with regular menstrual cycles. People who are suffering from Primary dysmenorrhea since menarche.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subject who are differently abled. Subject with any congenital anomalies. Participation in any other study at the time of intervention. People who are pregnant, lactating and menstruating.
