Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients presented with clinical features (samanya lakshan) of Mutrashmari[18] Udarshool, Sadadha Mutrapravrutti, Sarakta Mutrapravrutti along with finding of calculus in kidney, ureter, bladder by the diagnostic method like USG Abdomen. 2) Patients having stones of size up to 9 mm. 3) Patient willing to give written informed consent & comply with requirement of the study protocol. 4) The patients between the age group of 20-60 years were selected irrespective of sex, occupation, race, and socio-economic status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient with moderate to severe uretero hydronephrosis, pyelonephritis and severe UTI. 2) Patient having obstructive disorder of urinary track, BPH/ Urethral Stricture 3) Complicated cases which require immediate surgical intervention. 4) Chronic systemic illness, HIV and other renal diseases. 5) Pregnant and Lactating women.

Evaluate the comparative efficacy of Erandadi kalka & Yavaksharadi yoga to cure from subjective parameters (Udarshool, Sashool, Mutrapravrutti Sarakta Mutrapravrutti), total expulsion of calculi & normal Urine routine & microscopic analysis in the management of Mutrashmari.Timepoint: 30 days with follow up 15th & 30 th day
