Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participant having age between 18-60 years of age 2. Participant diagnosed as case of NAFLD (CAP score = 238 dB/m on VCTE) 3. Participants who gives consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: : 1. Patients with overt cirrhosis (Patients with gross ascites and hepatic encephalopathy) 2. Patients with positive Hepatitis B surface antigen 3. Patients with positive antibody against hepatitis C virus 4. Patients with congestive hepatopathy (Patients with tender hepatomegaly, elevated JVP, right heart failure on 2D Echo) 5. Pregnant females 6. Patients with active malignancy 7. Patients with secondary causes of fatty liver (eg, consumption of amiodarone and tamoxifen) 8. Patients using /have used hepatotoxic drugs in the last 6 months (over 4 g/day of acetaminophen, methotrexate, nitrofurantoin, and rifampicin). 9. Men who consumed >140g and women who consumed >70 g of alcohol per week for at least 10 years were also excluded

| To see change in degree of fatty liver after yoga interventionTimepoint: Baseline Characteristics (Anthropometry, blood investigations, LSM score, CAP score) will be recorded. After patient recruitment, patients will attend the guided yoga therapy sessions for first 9-10 days regularly and thereafter once in a week for 6 months. Daily self-practice of the module at home will be monitored by maintaining Yoga diary. His parameters will be retested at 6 months and one year intervals. | — |
