Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed Patient of Parikartika (fissurein ano) Patient among the age group 18 to 60 years irrespective of gender and socio economic status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient having Parikartika secondary to ulcerative colitis or crohns or disease or tuberculosis will be excluded Patient with uncontrolled systemic diseaseas like as diabetes mellituss and hypertension will be excluded Patient with carcinoma of rectum will be excluded
