Inclusion criteria: a) Inclusion criteria for Case 1. Literate 2. IPAQ score 3. Age 18-25 year old b) Inclusion criteria for Control 1. Literate 2. IPAQ score >600 MET min/week 3. Age 18-25 year old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Thyroid 2) Obesity 3) Diabetes mellitus 4) Hypertension 5) any other co morbidities
