Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 1 year to 14 years who are admitted to PICU and whose expected stay is more than 3 days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children whose FiO2 requirement > 60%, Endotracheal tube leak > 10%, Undergone open heart surgery, Children with an expected stay of more than 30 days.
