Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having TSH level 5 to 10 mIU/L Patient having Zulewskis score > 5 or equal to 5 Patient suffering from goiter (enlarged thyroid gland)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Drug induced hypothyroidism Systemic illness like tuberculosis CNS disorder e.g encephalopathy other endocrine disorder , HIV , cardiac disorder ,malignancies and renal failure
