Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Swimmers who are at intermediate level or above of their training i.e. who can swim independently with proper breathing technique 2)Swimmers who swim atleast 3 days per week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any recent musculoskeletal injuries, any associated cardiac, respiratory and neurological conditions which will hamper their swimming performance

1)Thoracic ROM WITH bubble goniometer 2)Thoracic md-curve measurement with flexi ruler 3)100m swim test 4)Stroke rateTimepoint: At 2 points First before starting the sessions Second will be assessed within a week of completion of 9th session after i.e after 3 weeks of intervention
