Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than 18 years 2. Unresectable or metastatic head and neck cancers on supportive care only with no curative intent, having dysphagia and ) undergoing a procedure to establish enteral route of feeding. ). 3. Patients consenting to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing feeding procedures as a bridge procedure for curative intent 2.Patients with temporary feeding procedures to manage transient treatment related (surgery /RT) dysphagia

To describe the various choices of enteral feeding modalities & their specific indications if any to manage dysphagia in patients of advanced aerodigestive tract cancers.Timepoint: first evaluation

1.To determine the adequacy of nutrition via each of the feeding route 2.To determine the patient & caregiver satisfaction with the feeding modality 3..To determine the complications associated with long term use of these feeding modalities. 4.To determine the cost on patient & institution of each of these modalitiesTimepoint: During first assessment, 1,2,4 & 6 month follow ups
